Kidney Gold Nutrientsoui offers a 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for all retail orders delivered to the United States. Our nutritional supplements are manufactured in a UK hospital-grade facility and shipped internationally from the UK directly to US customers via global courier services. This policy outlines return eligibility, procedures and refund rules for all supplement purchases.<\/p >\r\n\r\n

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS<\/h2>\r\n

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the delivery date shown on the carrier tracking system.<\/li>\r\n
  • Only UNOPENED, unused, intact sealed product bottles are eligible for full refund. Opened, consumed or partially used supplements cannot be returned for refund, due to health and hygiene safety regulations for UK-manufactured health products.<\/li>\r\n
  • Damaged items received in transit qualify for replacement or partial refund; customers must provide clear photos of packaging and damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery.<\/li>\r\n
  • International shipping fees, customs charges, promotional discount amounts and expedited delivery charges are NON-REFUNDABLE in all cases.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

    2. STEPS TO SUBMIT A RETURN<\/h2>\r\n

    1. Email our support team at tuan14092001@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\r\n
    2. Pack the sealed products securely and clearly write the assigned RMA number on the outside shipping package. Returns sent without an RMA number will be rejected.<\/li>\r\n
    3. Customer is fully responsible for all inbound international return shipping costs, customs clearance fees and transit risks. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service; we are not liable for lost returned packages in transit.<\/li>\r\n
    4. Once our UK manufacturing facility receives, inspects and verifies the returned goods, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5\u20137 business banking days. Processing times depend on your issuing bank\u2019s transaction schedule.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n

      3. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS<\/h2>\r\n

      • Opened, consumed or tampered supplement containers manufactured in the UK<\/li>\r\n
      • Orders marked as delivered to the correct address by the shipping carrier (lost\/stolen packages require filing a claim directly with the international courier service)<\/li>\r\n
      • Custom formulated products or limited-edition bundles clearly marked final sale<\/li>\r\n
      • Returns submitted after the 30-day satisfaction window expires.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n
